We don't hand your job to whoever is free that week. Framing, finish carpentry and tile are done by Nexa employees, and licensed partners we've worked with for years handle plumbing and electrical.

The old kitchen was a closed box with a sagging floor. We took the wall to the dining room down to the studs, set a new beam, and opened the whole back of the house to the yard.

We finish every punch-list item before final payment, then give you a 5-year workmanship warranty in writing.
They told us eleven weeks and handed us the keys in week eleven. Marco texted a photo update every single afternoon, which is the only reason I stayed sane living in a construction zone.
Three other contractors wanted to “figure it out as we go.” Nexa gave us a fixed number and never asked for a dime more.
The crew covered every floor, cleaned up daily, and the tile lines are dead straight. Our inspector actually commented on it.
