Questions we hear at every walkthrough.
Can we live at home during a kitchen remodel?
Almost everyone does. We seal the kitchen off with zip walls, protect the floors to the front door, and help you set up a temporary kitchen with the fridge and a microwave, usually in the dining room or garage.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We pull permits in our name, schedule every inspection, and close the permit out before final payment. Most Orange County kitchen permits take one to three weeks, and we build that into your start date.
Can you remove a load-bearing wall?
Yes. Our engineer sizes the beam and we handle the structural permit. It usually adds about two weeks and $8k–$15k depending on the span.
Do you help with design?
Every kitchen includes a design meeting and a 3D layout. We'll walk you through our cabinet and counter suppliers, or work from your designer's plans.
What if you find something behind the walls?
We photograph it and send it to you before doing anything. Any change comes to you as a written change order with a price, and nothing proceeds without your signature.
