About Nexa
A small crew that answers its own phone.
We've been remodeling homes across Orange County since 2011. We're big enough to handle permits, structural work and a full kitchen, and small enough that the owner still walks every job.
How we started
Started by a framer who got tired of cleaning up other people's jobs.
Marco Delgado spent twelve years framing and finishing houses for other builders. Too many of those jobs ended the same way: the homeowner had signed a vague bid, the price kept climbing, and nobody would pick up the phone.
He started Nexa in 2011 with one truck and two rules. The price you sign is the price you pay, and the person who bids your job is the person who runs it. Fifteen years and more than 600 projects later, both rules still hold.
Today Nexa has eleven full-time employees: carpenters, tile setters, two project leads and an office manager who answers the phone. We don't use day labor. The people in your house are people we know.

A fixed price
Your bid is itemized and final. The price changes only if you change the scope, and only through a signed change order.
- 02
A start date and a finish date
Both are in the contract. If we fall behind for reasons in our control, we tell you why and what we're doing about it the same day.
- 03
One project lead
You get one name and one cell number from demolition to final walkthrough, plus a photo update by text every working afternoon.
- 04
A 5-year workmanship warranty
If something we built fails, we come back and fix it. That includes leaks, cracked tile and doors that stop closing right.
